1. Defendant C Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiffs KRW 73,480,00 as well as to the period from July 1, 2016 to October 19, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are married couples. The Plaintiffs are the primary contract and subcontract agreement 1). The Plaintiffs, on May 11, 2012, shall develop the three-way industry (hereinafter “Defendant three-way industry development”).
The building site of this case is 287m2 (hereinafter referred to as “instant building site”) between Gwangju-si and Gwangju-si.
3) The construction of a sanatorium for older persons on the ground (hereinafter “instant construction”)
As to the contract amount of KRW 990,00,00 (including value-added tax) and the construction period from May 11, 2012 to September 15, 2012 (hereinafter “first contract”). The Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) concluded an agreement on the contract amount of KRW 780,000 (excluding value-added tax), the construction period from May 11, 2012 to September 15, 2012; the construction period of KRW 780,000 (excluding value-added tax); and the period of construction from May 11, 2012 to September 15, 2012; and the period of construction of the instant construction from May 3, 2012 to September 13, 2012 (hereinafter “the Plaintiffs agreed on September 13, 2012”) with the Plaintiff C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the instant construction period of the instant construction project”).
Plaintiff
A and one other (hereinafter referred to as the "A") and the development of the defendant Samc Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "B") shall agree and faithfully implement the agreed matters as follows:
1. A and B, on May 11, 2012, concluded a construction contract with the construction cost of 990,000,000 and the construction period of 990,00,000 and from May 11, 201 to September 15, 2012 (including the details of a new construction contract changed later) for the construction work of a sanatorium for older persons on the basis of mutual agreement between the Parties on January 9, 2013.
2. A shall pay 56,434,285 won, which is currently unpaid due to the agreement under the foregoing paragraph (1), until January 16, 2013.
