A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On February 10, 201, the Defendant was given a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (dacting driving) in the support of the Daegu District Court within the jurisdiction of the Daegu District Court.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 26, 2020, the Defendant driven a FK7 vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.134% in a 4km section from C in Ansan-si B to E hospital located in Ansan-si D from Jun. 26, 2020 to Jun. 2, 2020.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a FK7 vehicle.

On June 26, 2020, the Defendant driven the above car at around 02:00, and driven the road in front of the E Hospital D at Ansan-si along the intersection between the south and the south of the large intersection, and proceeded along the four-lane between G bank and G bank.
