The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing taxi.

On August 18, 2015, the Defendant driven approximately eight meters of the above vehicles, such as moving back to a new parking lot in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, New-dong 147-2, and moving back to a parking lot in Korea, in a state of alcohol level of 0.201% during blood transfusion around 10:57.
