The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is unreasonable because the sentence imposed by the court below (one year of suspended execution in August and forty hours of community service order) is too unreasonable.

The defendant confessions and reflects the judgment of the court below, the defendant appears to have recovered from damage to some victims along with co-defendant A, and there is no criminal record exceeding the fine. However, each of the crimes of this case is that the defendant conspireds with A, etc. to advertise or sell medical devices or products that are not medical devices or medicines to elderly consumers as medicine, and acquired money under the name of consideration by deceiving the victims as if they belong to a high price.
