On August 24, 2013: (a) around 23:12, the Defendant driven a BM5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.230% from a 10-meter section from the Cheongcheon-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon to the front of the same water-supply facility.
