1. The Defendant’s KRW 19,757,320 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from February 26, 2014 to February 17, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 3, 2013, the Defendant entered into a contract with Nonparty C and Pakistan-si D (hereinafter “instant housing”) by setting the construction cost of KRW 90 million (excluding value-added tax) and the construction period from September 3, 2013 to October 26, 2013.

B. The Defendant remitted to Nonparty C KRW 30 million on September 4, 2013, KRW 20 million on September 27, 2013, KRW 10 million on October 8, 2013, and KRW 5 million on November 21, 2013, respectively.

C. On October 2013, Nonparty C suspended the construction of the instant house to the early police officer.

On October 15, 2013, the Plaintiff submitted a written estimate for construction cost of KRW 39,240,000 (excluding value-added tax) to the Defendant regarding the instant housing-related construction work.

E. Around November 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for construction works for internal storages (hereinafter “instant construction works”) in the form of KRW 30,000,000 (value-added tax separate) (hereinafter “instant construction works”). The details thereof are as follows.

1) Permission for external works, electricity, and telecommunication is separate. 2) Additional construction of the strong floor and additions to Wuslvel 1 million won to Lusl straw, which are not included in the above construction cost.

3) External chemical spons, shock lines, fluoring fluoring stones, stairs handets, water supply, sprinking part repair, boiler sponsing part, boiler sponsing part, sprinking part, sprinking part, sprinking part, and sprinking part. The Plaintiff is an additional construction among the Defendant and Pakistan D Housing Corporation (hereinafter “instant additional construction”). ) As to the construction cost of KRW 7,440,00 (the value-added tax separate contract) was entered into.

G. The Plaintiff received, from the Defendant, the money of KRW 3150,000 on November 29, 2013, KRW 500,000 on December 21, 13, KRW 100,000,000 on February 25, 2014, and KRW 444,00 on April 21, 2014, respectively.

H. On February 5, 2014, the Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership relating to the single-story housing on the ground level of the lightweight structure and sand site location board D on the ground level in Pakistan-si.
