Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a KS5 car.

On August 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 23:15, and driven the two-laned roads in front of the D in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, with the speed from the shooting distance room outside the mountain to the non-speed.

At the time, since it is night, there was a duty of care to operate safely by thoroughly prior to the front.
