1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff, as the president of E, and the Defendants B and C, entered into a partnership agreement with the Plaintiff to invest KRW 300 million in the Han-si redevelopment Project (hereinafter “G”) in the Han-si redevelopment Project (hereinafter “H project”) on November 16, 2007. Accordingly, the Plaintiff, the Defendants, and F own 1/5 shares, respectively.

On November 27, 2008, F renounced all shares in relation to each of the above businesses and withdrawn from the partnership relationship, and accordingly, the ratio of shares between the Plaintiff and the Defendants was changed to 1/4 each.

On December 26, 2007, I invested KRW 20,000 in E (i.e., an agreement to receive reimbursement of KRW 36,00,000 in total from the investment and its earnings on December 26, 2008); J invested KRW 10,00,000 in E on December 26, 207 (i.e., an agreement to receive reimbursement of KRW 18,000,000 in total and its earnings on December 26, 2008; KRW 18,000,000 in total and KRW 10,000 in total and KRW 10,000 in total and KRW 30,00 in each of the above investment contracts with the Defendants on November 16, 2007; KRW 20,000 in total and KRW 20,000 in total and KRW 300,000 in each of the above contracts with the Defendants on December 26, 20008,10000.

Investment funds shall be paid 80% of the amount of investment and investment (excluding 5% of the development fund and 15% of the amount of incentives) on the due date.

C. The Plaintiff made a total of KRW 30,000,000 ( KRW 20,000,000 on February 1, 2009 + KRW 10,000,00 on September 28, 2012) to L for the repayment of investment money, its profits, etc. + KRW 15,00,000 on the same name as on February 1, 2009; and KRW 25,000,000 on the same name to K for the same purpose ( KRW 10,00,000 on July 30, 201 + KRW 20,000,000 on the same date + KRW 10,000 on July 30, 201; and each subrogated amount of KRW 10,000,000 on September 30, 201; and
