1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) In addition, indication of drawings (1), (2), (3), (4), and (1) of the six floors of the building listed in the attached list;

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 13, 2018, the Plaintiff: (a) indicated in the attached Form No. 1, (2), (3), (4), and (1) a part of 228.47 square meters (D, E) (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) in the part of the 6th floor of the building indicated in the attached Table among the six floors of the building in the attached Table; (b) leased the Defendant for a period from February 20, 2018 to February 19, 2020; (c) an annual fee of KRW 13,034,300 (including additional taxes; (d) from February 20, 2018 to February 19, 2019); (d) monthly management expenses of KRW 582,980 (from February 20, 2018 to December 31, 2018); and (d) monthly actual expenses.

(hereinafter “instant lease agreement”). Specific terms and conditions of the instant lease agreement are as follows.

Article 2 (User Fee) (2) Where any increase or decrease in user fees occurs during the period of use due to the revision of relevant Acts and subordinate statutes or changes in the rate, the borrower may apply it to the next year user fees.
