1. The instant lawsuit was concluded on January 21, 2020 as deeming the withdrawal of the Plaintiffs’ appeal.

2. After filing an application for designation of the date.

1.The following facts of recognition are apparent or obvious to this Court:

On January 3, 2018, the Plaintiffs filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant for the transfer of land and the return of unjust enrichment. The Plaintiffs stated the Plaintiff B’s address as “J in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G in G and K in G in G in G in G in G in G.

(hereinafter “instant address”). (b)

On April 11, 2019, the first instance court accepted A's request and sentenced A's request to dismiss the plaintiffs, and the judgment was delivered electronically to the plaintiffs' representatives on April 17, 2019.

C. On April 23, 2019, the Plaintiffs filed the instant appeal, and entered the address of the instant case in the petition of appeal.

On May 21, 2019, this Court ordered the Plaintiffs to submit a preparatory document specifically stating the grounds for appeal and necessary evidence, and served the order. On May 27, 2019, the Court served the order to Plaintiff B, who was served on May 27, 2019, and the Plaintiff C was not served due to the addressee’s unknown address, and served on July 10, 2019 by sending.

E. The instant court: (a) determined the date for first pleading as “1:45 on November 15, 2019” and tried to serve the Plaintiffs the notice of the first date for pleading to the instant address; (b) on October 14, 2019, the said notice was served by means of a delivery by registered mail on October 23, 2019; (c) on the same date, the delivery was made on the first date for pleading; (d) the Plaintiffs were not present at the attendance of the Plaintiffs on the first date for pleading; and (e) the Defendant did not appear at the presence of the Defendant on December 20, 2019. While the instant court intended to serve the second date for pleading to the Plaintiffs on the second date for pleading as “the second date for pleading was not served on the address unknown on November 20, 2019; and (e) was served on the said date by means of registered mail on November 27, 2019; and (e) was served on the said date on the second date for pleading.

I. On the second date of pleading of this Court, the plaintiffs are present.
