Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of BCA100.

around 15:19 on May 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the above Oba, and proceeded with the roads near the ‘D' coffee shop in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with the view to the protection of the pulosian at the network discount.

Accordingly, on July 18, 2017, the victim died from the cardiopulmonary brain damage, etc. in the G hospital located in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F on July 18, 2017.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by occupational negligence above.
