Punishment of the crime

3. On August 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 10:50 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant: (b) kept a philophone 0.22ml and a philophone 0.16ml in a liquid state dilution with a single-use injection device in Busan Eastdong-gu NelO, Busan; and (c) carried a philophone.
