1. The Defendant’s KRW 30 million and KRW 10 million among the Plaintiff’s KRW 18% per annum from August 25, 2014 to the date of full payment.

According to the evidence No. 1-2 and No. 1-2, the Defendant borrowed the Plaintiff at the rate of 1.5% per month and until December 31, 2014, on May 25, 2014.

It is recognized that the Plaintiff issued a certificate of borrowing to the effect that “the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 20 million at an interest rate of KRW 1.5% per month and by December 31, 2014 on July 7, 2014.” The Plaintiff is a person who received interest for KRW 10 million from the Defendant until August 24, 2014 for the said KRW 20 million.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 18% interest rate of 30 million won and 10 million won among them, which is the agreed interest rate of 18% from August 25, 2014 to the date of full payment, and 20 million won interest rate of 18% interest per annum from September 7, 2014 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
