A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 28, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant damaged property: (a) was boarding a D taxi operated by the victim C in front of the Haak-gun B Housing; (b) arrived at the Haak-gun E, a destination; (c) the victim refused to pay the taxi fee at the request of the victim; and (d) the victim was able to remove the son between the troke and the bridge operated by the victim C at hand and the bridges on drinking and cut off the string of the unrepaired vehicle; and (c) the victim F continuously driven the Ga 3 passenger car in front of the Defendant, who continued to drive the DaM3 passenger car, was able to get off the bridge part of the vehicle, and walking the part of the vehicle with the driver by hand, and damaged the victims’ defect in the string of the vehicle that was off on the repair expenses.

2.
