1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The party’s status 1) The Plaintiff is the fourth-story building on the ground C in the Gu Government-si (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s building”).
(2) The Defendant is the owner of the D ground building (former 2nd floor, new 4th floor, hereinafter “Defendant old 2”) adjacent to the Plaintiff’s building, and is the company that manufactures mobile phone cases by processing plastics in the above building or putting the brush onto the upper brush.
B. On May 10, 2012, around 06:54, the occurrence of a fire and the instant site map 1) fire accidents within an industrial complex where the Plaintiff and the Defendant are located (hereinafter “instant fire”).
