A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. Around 18:40 on February 20, 2014, the driver was driving a Cone Starex in order to drive it in compliance with one lane from the south Seoul Metropolitan Government to the direct mountain. At the same time, the driver was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.216% at the time, while driving the said passenger bus in the same line and driving it in a state where it is difficult to drive it normally due to influence of drinking, such as drinking, but the driver was under the influence of driving it in the opposite direction beyond the central line, and the driver was under the influence of the victim D (53 years old) driving the EX in front of the left part of the motor vehicle, the driver was under the influence of the victim, and the victim was under the influence of two weeks in front of the injured part, the driver was under the influence of two weeks in front of the injured part, the driver was under the influence of two weeks in front of the injured part, the driver was under the influence of two weeks in front of the injured part, the driver was under the influence of two weeks in front of the injured part.

2. Around 18:40 on February 20, 2014, at approximately 2km section from the roads in front of the Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gu Sungwon Industrial Complex, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu to the roads in the south-gu, Chungcheongnam-si located in the same Dong-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, the vehicle driven C Costasch Rexroth under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.216% without a car driver’s license.

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Code of Trade and Trade shall be decided.
