1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs concluded a contract with the Defendant for the production, sale, etc. of learning paper and concluded a contract with each entrusted business entity with the Defendant for the purpose of the production, sale, etc. of learning paper and repeated conclusion of the entrusted business agreement on one-year basis while recruiting members and maintaining and managing members of learning paper (hereinafter “instant entrusted business agreement”). At present, the Plaintiffs terminated the instant entrusted business agreement.

(b) The major contents of the contract to be concluded by a new learning site teacher with the defendant are as follows:

(A) The main contents of each consignment contract are different by each plaintiff, but there is no big difference between the main contents of each consignment contract (hereinafter referred to as "A"). Daehan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "B") and the business operator (hereinafter referred to as "B") agree to this contract based on good faith

Article 1 (Purpose of Contract) B shall receive from Party A the provision of weekly learning teaching materials (hereinafter referred to as “products”) and collect membership fees from Party A for the management, recruitment, and amount of money designated by Party A, and Party A shall pay to Party B the fees agreed upon under this Agreement.

Article 2 (Area B’s Project Area) The project area shall, at the request of B, be determined by mutual consultation upon the recommendation of A at the request of B.

Article 3 (Management and Recruitment of Members) A shall entrust Eul with a certain number of members he/she owns, and Eul shall maintain and manage it in good faith in order to maximize the effect of learning of its members.

Article 6 (Duty of Education and Management of Members) (Duty of Education and Management of Members) A shall faithfully implement prescribed transmission education to be conducted for the purpose of enhancing the learning effect of entrusted members.

Article 7 (Provision of Information, etc.)

1. A shall faithfully provide education information, data, etc. necessary to maximize his/her business activities;

Article 8 (Payment of Fees)

1. Fees shall be paid on the 15th of the following month;
