1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 214,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 14, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

As between October 22, 2013 and January 16, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned a total of KRW 214.8 million to the Defendant (i.e., KRW 48 million on October 22, 2013) (i.e., KRW 28 million on November 22, 2013; KRW 28 million on November 3, 2013; KRW 50 million on November 6, 2013; KRW 88 million on November 25, 2013; and thus, the Plaintiff’s statutory interest rate of KRW 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act on the statutory interest rate of KRW 610,00 on the claim for the restitution of damages exceeding the legal rate of KRW 201,00 on November 25, 2013; thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for the alteration of the legal interest rate of KRW 208(1)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act on the claim for restitution.
