A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City Cukdong 201, the Defendant: (b) reported on 112 that “Many female is seriously assaulted; (c) female female stroke; (d) female stroke; and (e) tried to investigate domestic violence against I who is a female living together with the Defendant; (d) the circumstances surrounding E, Gyeong F, G, and Gyeong H’s attempt to investigate domestic violence against I, who is a female living together with the Defendant; (e) the background, E, Gyeong F, G, and Gyeong H’s desire to do so; and (e) the background and circumstances of E’s attempt to punish the Defendant as a crime of insult.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate performance of official duties on the investigation of domestic violence by police officers.

2. On August 8, 2014, the Defendant was arrested in flagrant offender on the same grounds as the preceding paragraph at around 04:10 on August 8, 2014, and was led to the Busan Southern Police Station D located in the Busan Suwon-guJ.
