1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a party’s status 1) The Plaintiff is a community credit cooperative that operates credit business, etc. with the Plaintiff’s business territory. Defendant E is a person who, at the time of the instant loan as seen below, worked as the chief executive officer of the Plaintiff’s credit cooperative at the time of the instant loan. Defendant F is a person who, at the time of the instant loan, worked as an employee of the Plaintiff’s credit cooperative and was in charge of credit and loan business. Defendant G is a guarantor who jointly and severally compensates the Plaintiff for the damages in cases where Defendant E inflicts damages on the Plaintiff from November 28, 2009 to November 27, 2013.
B. During the period from December 11, 2008 to November 3, 2010, Defendant E, and F, as indicated in the attached Table, lent each amount of the loans recorded in the debtor column of the above Table, including Defendant B, to each debtor recorded in the debtor column of the above Table.
The current outstanding principal of each outstanding loan under the above loan shall be the same as the amount stated in the column for the outstanding principal of the loan, and the specific debtor's loan status shall be as follows:
(1) The Plaintiff, on May 17, 2010, extended a loan to Defendant B at the interest rate of KRW 250,00,000,00 to Defendant B at the annual interest rate of KRW 8.5% (interest rate of KRW 15%). Defendant B paid interest until December 30, 2010, but the Plaintiff sold the real estate offered as security through a voluntary auction. The Plaintiff was sold the real estate and received dividends of KRW 131,754,100 on February 1, 2012. The Plaintiff was at the interest rate of KRW 250,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 48,154,490 on a yearly interest rate of KRW 250,00 as at the time of receiving the said dividends, but at the interest rate of KRW 100,000,000,0000 to Defendant C120,000,000,000 per annum 130,2014.
