When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in the cosmetic sales business in the name of “C” in the militaryposi-si B.

1. On September 18, 2014, around September 18, 2014, the Defendant, at the above C office, removed the paper packaging stating the price, ingredients, period of use, precautions, etc. of the relevant product, and sold cosmetics on the second package of the cosmetics with no indication of the name of the cosmetic, ingredients, manufacturing number, use period, price, precautions, etc.

2. Crimes committed on September 22, 2014;

(a) No one shall sell cosmetics manufactured for consumers to test and use in advance, not for the purpose of sale but for the promotion of publicity and sales of products;

Nevertheless, around September 22, 2014, the Defendant, at the above C office, packed 40 vinyl 10,000 which is “White Creck’s 169 won at the market price,” and sold it via the Internet.

B. The Defendant sold cosmetics without indicating the name of the cosmetics, ingredients used in the manufacture of the cosmetics, manufacturing number, period of use, prices, precautions, etc., by removing paper packages containing the price, use period, precautions, etc. of the relevant products while selling the White Martain as referred to in the preceding paragraph.
