2. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant found one of the Victim D (24 tax)’s physical card (E) that was lost on the roads front of the Seoul Northernbuk-gu, Seoul, and embezzled it without returning it to the victim or reporting it to the near police authorities.

3. On August 6, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Financial Business: (a) paid a beer and an beer amounting to KRW 22,000 from the main point of “G” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu; and (b) took place as if he had the right to use the beer card acquired as described in paragraph (2) as if he had the right to use the beer card; (c) presented it to the Victim H (333) to prepare a sales slips equivalent to the above amount, thereby illegally using the beer card embezzled.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and received property equivalent to the same amount from the injured party.
