Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

B under the trade name of "C", the defendant et al. is called "the head of the headquarters" who provides call articles with the defendant et al. as call articles and receives money from him/her by using a siren, and the defendant is the person who uses call articles of the above "C" as call articles (c).

Any person who intends to operate a passenger transport business shall obtain a license from the Minister of Construction and Transportation, or operate a passenger transport business prescribed by Presidential Decree after preparing a business plan, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation, by preparing such business plan, and obtain a license or registration from the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction

On December 6, 2016, the Defendant conspired with B, “Feong Village 5 apartment complex,” located in Ansan-si, Masan-si, Simsan-si, Simsan-si, and then run a passenger transport business without obtaining a license by driving a passenger transport business without obtaining a license, by driving the said guest on the roads in front of the Gu, a member of the Silsan-si, a member of the Gu, a member of the Gu, who was parked on the front of the door-gu, within the k7 rental car, by receiving a customer E’s telephone, and going to the Defendant. The Defendant was running a passenger transport business without obtaining a license, by driving the said customer on the roads in front of the Gu, a member of the Silsan-si, a member of the Gu, a member of the Gu, by using the Fk5 rental car.
