A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a physical card connected to the K Bank account under J’s name from the staff of I or other Bospishing in the Busan Northern City M market; (b) withdrawn KRW 7,100,000 from the K Bank account under J’s name from the K Bank account at the O Bank Man-dong Branch located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan, on November 29, 2017; and (c) transferred KRW 7,100,000 from the same account to the P Account under the name of the Defendant at around 11:30 on the same day.
