【Criminal Facts】
1. 2. On August 14, 2014, the Defendant in violation of the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act purchased “F” household goods worth KRW 6,600, at “F” stores in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and then, presented and settled the stolen C bank crow card to an employee under his/her name in his/her name as if he/she were, thereby taking the victim’s household goods worth KRW 6,600, and acquired them by means of the said physical card more than 12 times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving each victims, received property by means of stolen credit cards, and used the stolen credit cards.
3. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act.
A. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim H: (a) around the stage of a public performance in the Maan-ro located in 27-5, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Seoyang-do, Seoyang-do; (b) on the ground that the victim H (54 years of age) follows the Defendant’s leakage, and annoyinglyed, the victim’s Ha (54 years of age) was divided into I and I.
