The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal that the court below rendered against the defendant (the fine of 3.5 million won) is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant led the Defendant to the judgment, but the injury was not recovered; and (b) the victims want to punish the Defendant; and (c) the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime; and (d) the circumstances after the commission of the crime, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
