A. On February 1, 2012, the Defendant 20: (a) committed indecent act by force on the road prior to Gwangju Northern apartment, Gwangju, Gwangju, by reporting the victim D (21 years old) to commit an indecent act. The Defendant followed the victim by using her hand to prevent the victim from suffering the victim; (b) led the victim to the victim’s eye back to the “F Child Care Center” located in Gwangju Northern-gu; (c) led the victim to the victim’s resistance, such as “I will throw away her hair if she faces her baby: I will do so”; (d) led the victim to an indecent act by entering the victim’s chest as soon as possible; and (e) leading the victim to the victim’s entrance into the victim’s house and the victim’s entrance into the apartment house, and then, (e) leading the victim to the Defendant’s entrance into the said apartment house and the victim’s entrance, thereby leaving the victim out of the road.”

A. At night, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00 on December 2, 2012, the victim H located in Gwangju Northern-gu G was into the house of the victim H; (b) infringed upon the victim’s room through the gate and windows that were not locked; and (c) was located therein.
