A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On March 2017, the Defendant administered a philophone in a way that put approximately 0.03g of Mesophical medicine (one philophone; hereinafter “philophone”) into a biochemical disease and drink together with water at the toilet of the first floor of the office building “C” located in Busan Shodong-gu, Busan, on March 2017.

2. On April 2017, the Defendant administered a scopon in a way that scopon 0.03gh from the Defendant’s residence (Scopon D Apartment 403, 2401, Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu) to the water in a way that scopon scopon scopons into the water.
