The sentence of a defendant shall be KRW 10,000,000.

When a fine is to be paid, it shall be confined in a workhouse for 100 days.

At around 03:50 on March 1, 2020, the Defendant driven an E rocketing car with alcohol concentration of about 0.226% during blood in approximately 200 meters from the place outside of the Seojin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front day of the Seojin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City “D.”
