The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds of appeal is only that the victim intending to put the defendant in a brush and let the defendant out of the president of the cooperative room, thereby roots the victim who tried to cut off the brutial hand of the defendant, and there is no fact that the victim inflicted an injury on the victim by cutting down the shoulder of the victim beyond the shoulder of the victim;

The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, i.e., ① the victim made a statement from the investigative agency to the court of the court below to the effect that the defendant inflicted bodily injury upon the victim as stated in the judgment of the court below, and each of the statements made by E, G, investigative agency and court of the court below correspond to the victim's above statements. ② The victim was issued a medical certificate after being provided by the doctor on January 28, 2014, along with the victim's medical treatment as of January 28, 2014, the victim's part and degree of the injury as stated in the judgment of the court below are consistent with the cause or circumstance of the victim's bodily contact with the defendant and the victim's physical contact with the victim, and the statement made by the investigative agency and the court of the court of the court below as to the circumstance that the victim exceeded the victim exceeded the court of the court below's decision

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.

However, the application of the written judgment of the court below is clear that "Article 70 of the Criminal Act" is a clerical error in Article 70 (1) of the Criminal Act. Thus, the ex officio correction is made pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
