Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CS5 car.

At around 10:30 on June 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded to turn to the left the right at the (former), the four-lane of the road near the intersection of the “E” in the front of the intersection of the school road in the Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, and (former Red Cross) from the front side of the Red Cross to the front side of the Japanese High School.

At the same time, the signal was installed at the intersection where the signal was set up to the front direction of the defendant, and the signal signal at the intersection was made to enter the right- and left-hand turn signals after the straight-out signal. In such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent an accident by safely driving by safely driving the vehicle, such as checking the right-and left-hand and left-hand turn in accordance with the new code, when the person engaged in driving the vehicle stops in the straight-out signal and a signal at the same time after the straight-out signal enters the right-and left-hand signal.

The Defendant, by negligence, received the forward part of G Costa car driving by the victim F (59 years old), who operated the said intersection by normally straighting from the front intersection of the Red Cross at the right intersection to the front side of the vehicle of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks due to the above occupational negligence.
