Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is engaged in driving a sports cargo vehicle B in the amount of e-sports that is a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On November 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the cargo while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.139% during blood transfusions on November 15, 2016, and driven the said cargo at the speed of 0.139%, leading to the intersection of the shooting distance in front of the Gangwon Yangyang-gun C from the written side.

Since there is a long distance crossing where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely proceeding in accordance with the front door signals to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeded without disregarding the red signal of the front side while under influence of alcohol, and caused the cross-section from the sloping on the side of the opposite lane to the left left-hand turn at the victim D(55 years old) driving, which is proceeding in accordance with the new code, to the left-hand turn on the left-hand turn, to the front-hand part of the vehicle of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, such as catum salt in need of approximately two weeks’ treatment due to occupational negligence as above, and injury to the victim F, who is the passenger of the Defendant’s vehicle, such as catum salt and tensions that require approximately two weeks’ treatment.

2. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven the above B liquid sports cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.139% from the 2km section of approximately 2km to the roads in front of the Green-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, with a view to around 20:35 on the same day; and (b) around 20:35 on the same day, the Defendant driven the said B liquid sports cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.139%.
