1. Basic facts

A. On July 29, 2011, Defendant B, a company that carries out a business of constructing commercial facilities on the ground of Eb block 849 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), entered into a real estate sale management trust agreement with Defendant Korea Asset Trust for the execution of the instant business.
