Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 21:40 on March 14, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.124%, driven a vehicle EPole 718 car from the 1km section from the road near C, located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, to the road near Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.
2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a vehicle EPosor 718 car.
