A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative director of G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”), a small and medium enterprise company established for the purpose of producing and selling LED lighting products in F at the time of Gyeonggiization (hereinafter referred to as “G”), which is a small and medium enterprise company established for the purpose of the production and sale of such products.
