Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and F are F’s children born between E (Death on January 27, 2010) and F. The Plaintiffs are also children of G, H (Death on May 19, 199), I, and J in addition to the Plaintiffs, F are also children of G, H (Death on May 19, 199), I, and J. (hereinafter “Defendant Ireland”) to exchange the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 and 3, each of the real estate owned by the Plaintiff, but each of the registration of ownership transfer was made under the agreement to transfer the ownership.
