1. The Defendant’s KRW 64,800,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 28, 2015 to June 9, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts
A. On April 5, 2014, the Plaintiff Company, the object of which was the construction business, etc., was determined and awarded a contract from the council of occupants’ representatives located in Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the cost of the construction work for the rupture repair of interior walls and re-design construction of the above apartment (including value-added tax) and the construction period from April 10, 2014 to July 9, 2014.
B. On April 20, 2014, the Plaintiff Company entered into an agreement with the Defendant to subcontract part of the contracted construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) at the cost of KRW 270 million (hereinafter “instant agreement”) and the main contents are as follows.
