A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two months for each crime listed in the judgment of the defendant and one year for each crime listed in the judgment of the court below.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On May 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. at night, and on January 7, 2016, the period of the suspension of the execution of the sentence became final and conclusive on January 20, 2016, and the execution of the said final sentence was terminated in the previous prison on April 25, 2016. On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Gwangju District Court for larceny, etc. and became final and conclusive on May 5, 2017, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for at least three times for larceny crimes, such as the termination of the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju District Court on July 27, 2017.
[Criminal facts]
1. From around 23:30 on July 1, 2016 to around 00:20 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) at the “horizontal bus terminal” parking lot located in Pyeongtaek-si, 39:40 a.m. from around 1, 2016 to around 00:20 on the following day, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft of approximately KRW 180,000 in total amount of money (10,000,000 in total from the victims, as in the list of crimes 1,2, in total, on two occasions from the victims, parked by using the entrance door above the bus wheels.
2. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed in violation of Article 14-4 of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft of approximately KRW 90,000 in total from the victims, including from the time of the theft of approximately KRW 90,000 of the purchase price of each bus owned by the victim who was parked in order by using the entrance door key set above the bus wheels, which was located in the bus wheels, from around 15, 201 to September 3 to 6, 2017.
