1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months, and Defendant B by imprisonment without prison labor for six months;
2.Provided, That this judgment shall become final and conclusive, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 10, 2013, Defendant A driven a F F F F Beuor or a car on May 10, 2013, and continued to turn to the left at the right-hand turn while driving a Gun-distance intersection from the king-ro of the Eup where it was assigned to Chungcheongnam-do.
Since there is a place where a red on-and-off signal is installed, a driver has a duty of care to stop immediately before or after the temporary stop of the stop line or crosswalk, and to proceed with another traffic.
