Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 3, 2017, the Defendant obstructed (victim C)’s duties within the “E restaurant” operated by the injured party C located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do around November 10:05, the Defendant requested the injured party’s credit under the influence of alcohol, but, on the ground that the injured party refused the credit, provided meals on the table that the injured party rejected the credit.

The victim's restaurant business was obstructed by the threat of force between about 20 minutes, such as provokings for the F and four other, and taking a loud bath.

2. For the same reasons as Paragraph 1, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, the Defendant insultd the victim by openly insulting the victim by stating that “The victim G, who worked in a restaurant proprietor C and customers on the side table, had a day-to-day and meal in the table table while they hear.”

3. The Defendant insultd the victim (F) by openly insulting the victim under the victim’s hearing of the victim Filter, the restaurant business proprietor, C, and the customer, who is a woman’s day and at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1(2).
