The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower judgment, the lower court was justifiable to have convicted the Defendant of all the remaining facts charged except for the fraud of the victim D among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the records, the lower court is justifiable to have rendered a not-guilty verdict on the charge of fraud against victim D among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, on the ground that there was no proof of the relevant facts charged.
