Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority on February 16, 2013, from around 16:00 to February 15:00, 2013, used the above water tank, which is a port facility, by having a tugboat C (ship number: D,85 tons) and E (ship number: F, 1320 tons) which is a sand transport barge, connected with a tugboat at a section of about 50 meters wide, at the waterwal of the order harbor located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gangnam-si from February 18, 2013.
