A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In around 01:40 on September 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took a dispute with the victim C (the 54-year-old) who was drinking together on the second floor of the building B (the 54-year-old), and was informed of the victim's face from the victim; (b) took two times as her hand; (c) took two times as her hand; and (d) took part of the victim's face from drinking; and (e) took part of the victim's face from drinking; and (e) took part in the beer's disease on the table that the victim tried to escape, and she took part in the above beer's disease, leading the victim to the right bridge of the victim; and (e) took part in the above beer's part.

As a result, the Defendant carried with him the beer disease, which is a dangerous thing, and inflicted an injury upon the victim’s right end, such as tearing the victim’s tear.

2. The Defendant damaged property by gathering beer’s disease, chemical powder, and cups, etc. from which the market price on the victim C owned by the Defendant could not be known at the same time and at the same place on the same grounds.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
