1. On June 8, 2015, Defendant Gosung head of Gun issued a disposition to suspend participation in self-support labor programs and suspend livelihood benefits to the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a beneficiary who receives livelihood benefits under the condition of participation in self-support projects under the National Basic Living Security Act, and is a person who has participated in self-support labor projects from April 2004 to the high-level regional self-support center facility project management body.

B. On November 28, 2012, the Plaintiff was a letter of suspension of livelihood benefits on the ground that the head of the Defendant Gosung regional self-support center had committed unfaithful behavior, such as interference with the business of the self-support center, bathing, and escaping from the workplace. However, on March 25, 2013, the Plaintiff again participated in the self-support program upon receiving a request for unfair dismissal from the Sungnam Regional Labor Relations Commission to the effect that on March 25, 2013, the Plaintiff promised to faithfully comply with the legitimate performance standards of conditions, such as business instructions, and that he/she will accept any disadvantage (such as habitual absence, early absence, early escape, escape, escape from work place, interference with business, interference with legitimate instructions, violence, assault, etc.) caused by the bad faith attitude of participation (i.e., suspension of participation in self-support program, suspension of livelihood benefits, etc.).

C. On February 3, 2015, the head of the Defendant Gosung Regional Self-sufficiency Center notified the Plaintiff of his incorrect attitude of participation (on January 28, 2015, the failure to participate in the event and drinking during the events seeking wishes) that the participation may be suspended in accordance with the guidelines if such a event occurs in the future.

On April 27, 2015, the head of the Defendant Gosung regional self-support center requested the Plaintiff to correct the fraudulent name theft and defamation of the working person (the name of the working person was stolen in March 25, 2015 and the person in charge of alcohol disability is classified as alcohol dependence, interfere with the education of the center participants, and waste the execution of the subsidy for educational expenses).

E. On May 4, 2015, the head of the Defendant Gosung Regional Self-sufficiency Center shall notify the Plaintiff of corrective and serious measures related to sexual harassment.
