A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 1, 2015, the Defendant is entitled to the victim’s “Esing practice hall” in the “Esing practice hall” of the victim D’s “Esing 15 million won prior to the purchase of house.” The Defendant can sell the house in good condition if it is too worn out.
It is intended to pay the money in return for the loan of money.

9. On December 17, 2016, the above “E Sing practice hall” pays interest on a loan of KRW 6 million to the victim in two copies per month and has to complete payment until December 30, 2016.

4. The defendant has committed the same harm.
9. On December 30, 2016, if the above “E Sing practice hall” lends only 14 million won as much as possible the money, it would be repaid up to December 30, 2016.
“A false statement to the effect that “” was made shall be KRW 14 million from the damaged person on the same day to the account as described in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph.
