A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 20, 2013, from around 03:00 to 06:00, the Defendant: (a) in the eight room in which the Defendant was living in the third floor of the E 3rd floor operated by the victim D in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, the Defendant: (b) under the influence of alcohol, and (c) under the influence of alcohol, took a mixed bath; and (d) took a 7 side door wall of the 7rd room in which he was in a board, and took a bath to leave the said 7rd room, thereby hindering the victim’s notification board operation duties.

2. On October 4, 2013, from around 03:00 to 05:00, the Defendant avoided disturbance for about two hours at the same place as the preceding paragraph, while under the influence of alcohol, thereby interfering with the operation of the said victim’s Gowon.

3. On September 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 10:30 on September 26, 2013, at H sales outlet operated by the victim G of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F Victim G, the Defendant took a bath for about 30 minutes to other customers, while under the influence of alcohol, and obstructed the operation of the victim’s ticket sales office for about 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance.

4. On October 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:50 on October 5, 2013, at the “K’s restaurant operated by the JJ of the victim of I in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) provided a bath while placing an order for meals; and (c) provided a bath for about 30 minutes of the victim’s arms, and let other customers get out of the restaurant business of the victim.
