A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with Crails in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act.

On November 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.119% on blood at around 23:50, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of normal driving, such as where the walking is protruding down on the left and left, with red and snow shocking, and then making a left-hand turn to the ordinary elementary school after going from the intersection of the E veterinary Center located in Chuncheon City, the Defendant did not discover a victim FF (47 years old) driving on the right-hand side of the road after he was under the influence of alcohol due to occupational negligence, which did not show the right-hand side due to Defendant’s front left-hand side part of the victim’s vehicle.

The Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, was incurred by the said victim and the victim H(34) of the said passenger by driving the motor vehicle for two weeks, respectively. The Defendant damaged the said IM 5 motor vehicle to repair cost of KRW 6,788,444, including the exchange of the front driver.

2. On November 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven C strawing car under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.119% without a driver’s license on a section of approximately 800 meters from the first road of Chuncheon City to the front day of the E Medical Center located in D at the same time, around 23:50 on November 22, 2017.
