A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On the day of 2013, the Defendant sent contact to the victim C (at the age of 21) who had frequently met in the normal attendance channel (at the age of 21) and sent contact to them.
