1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The facts of the background are corporations established for the purpose of the production and management of goods as the representative director of the corporation D in Ansan-gu L, the defendant C, the head of the design planning team of the above company, the defendant B as the deputy head of the production department of the above company, and the defendant D is a corporation established for the purpose of the production and management of goods, such as clothes and musical stories, and the like, wholesale and retail, trade, manufacturing, and electronic commerce.

On November 2014, the Defendants, who sold through NS home shopping, had a good response to the consumer’s re-sale of China’s “NS home shopping,” but did not comply with the supply schedule from Chinese manufacturers, determined domestic production and notified it to the NS home shopping, but did not make supply up until the scheduled broadcast schedule to NS home shopping.

2. No trader or distributor of goods, etc. in violation of the foreign trade law in subparagraphs A, C, and B shall place a false or misleading indication on the origin of goods, etc.;

Nevertheless, on December 2014, the Defendants proposed that Defendant C and Defendant B will replace and deliver a domestic package label with the former stock market, which was kept in custody as a stock product, and the Defendant A conspired to substitute the domestic package label with the domestic package label up to the scheduled delivery date in the NS Home shopping by accepting it and encouraging the progress of the work.

Accordingly, on December 2014, the Defendants removed labels containing approximately KRW 3,800 of “MADE INCHINA” at a P plant, which is a subcontractor of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the fifth floor of the OE building, and “MADINA” and “MADE INREA” at the P plant.
