A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of five hundred thousand won.

Where the above fine is not paid, one hundred thousand won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, was the Defendant of the 2014 Highest 1167, and was carried over from the Defendant’s house of the former Si C and 405 around September 5, 2013 to the 25th day of the same month, “(24 hours)” due to a supplementary training (24 hours) carried forward (24 hours) from September 23, 2013 to the Defendant’s house of the former Si C and 405, the Defendant failed to undergo the said training without justifiable grounds, even though he was delivered through D, which is the Defendant’s wife, from September 23, 2013, to November 29, 2013.

2. The Defendant, as a member of the homeland reserve forces, was the Defendant of the 2014 Highest 1342, around November 10, 2012. The Defendant received the carrying-over training (8 hours) from the Defendant’s house of the 101 Dong-dong 102 from the Defendant’s house of the 101-dong 102 (Seoul Highest 2012) to the 18:00 on November 19, 2012, “The Defendant received the said training without justifiable grounds,” despite the receipt of the notice of convening the 5837 father of the Army, the Defendant did not receive the said training from the Defendant’s homeland reserve forces training for four times until November 22, 2012 without justifiable grounds, as indicated in the annexed list of crimes; the Defendant was a member of the homeland reserve forces who received the said training from the Defendant on April 20, 2014 to the 18th National Reserve Forces on the same day.
